Questions We Hear Often

Do I need an existing AI team to work with you?
No. Most of our clients are at an early stage with AI. We work with your existing data team or directly with business stakeholders. What matters is access to relevant data and a clear problem to solve.
What data do you need access to?
It depends on the service. For churn prediction, we typically need transactional or usage data. For OCR, we need sample documents. We'll go through this clearly in our initial discussion and can sign an NDA before any data is shared.
How are your projects priced?
Each service has a published fixed price in Malaysian Ringgit. Churn prediction is RM 2,800, OCR setup is RM 2,000, and model explainability is RM 1,600. These prices cover the full engagement scope — no hourly billing, no surprises.
What do I receive at the end of the project?
You receive the working model or system, full documentation, source code (where applicable), and a handover session. For explainability projects, this also includes a dashboard and written summaries suitable for stakeholder review.
Can you work with organisations outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. While we're based in KL, most of our work can be conducted remotely. We do prefer at least one in-person meeting at the start of an engagement if you're within Malaysia.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. We handle all client data under strict confidentiality and are happy to formalise this with a non-disclosure agreement before any project begins. We do not use client data for any purpose beyond the agreed scope.
